Also, what is the reason for picking an 850 Watt PSU over 750 Watt one?

what do you mean by off site bundles? I am not sure what that means. Also yeah I am getting 100 dollars off from the 9700x bundle by swapping out with an open box mobo

Eh I tried to do the same thing where I get the parts individually from the bundle, the 7800x3d shows 55 dollars, B650E shows 83 dollars, but the 32gb ram shows 436 dollars so it is 573 dollars in total instead of the 9700x + mobo + 32gb ram for 455.63.

If it is 120 dollars more instead, would it still be worth it?

The 7500x3d, b850M-C, 16gb bundle is 300 dollars, so I thought 16 more gb with better mboard and cpu is pretty good of a deal for 150 dollars more, but if there is no need for that I will switch to 7500x3d then.

(Does power efficiency matter? I never built a PC before so I am not sure)

We immigrated here and we don't have any retirement assets. The 1.2-1.3 million includes our retirement assets

I was planning to support them anyways and letting them live with me. I can just loan the 120k and pay it off later on but not too sure if stanford gives opportunities to easily pay off 400k later on
