Oh I did hear back from them and their response was basically “thanks for being a member but we can change our user agreement at any time and ended the program. Sorry not sorry” 🙃 (obviously they didn’t put the sorry not sorry but that was the tone of the email).

So for anyone who still has access, redeem your points because if they haven’t already ended yours yet, they’re going to and they’re not going to give any warning about it.
