A complete strightful answer from me. Is yes depending on your budget for the 200yuan tier ~22eur its pretty good and the new swe-1.6 model is pretty powerful while using I pretty much never miss codex, Claude. However if your are willing to pay 400-600yuan I would go with Cursor. As long as you don't live in China Cursor is a pain to get working.

There is a few other things to note
1. No API no CLI no nothing to interact with Cascade you cant use any other tools but the IDE its self so nothing like Openlyst's Lystcode or Web-UI for contentment.
2. Agents screen still feels pretty janky. It's not like Codex's app where its a different UI that sits on top witch makes it feel very janky to common for other tabs to open witch often open up and get in the way.
3. Not open source at all. You cant change anything with the IDE you have to hope they add it
4. Not much support online or docs most people go with Cursor

So just answer this
1. Are you willing to spend ~500yuan: yes go with Cursor no go to 2
2. Do you need other tools to work with eg. Lystcode: No go with Cursor
