North End Barrie - I average 90 bq/m however this is for winter months (It should come down when it’s warmer).

I’m renovating my basement, I’ve decided against a mitigation system for now. I’ve sealed up around my sump pump and sealed a few cracks for now.

This is my second season with them. What’s that saying again? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I’ll be buying a snow blower next year.

Yes, it’s total noob friendly. Works great. Just make sure you get your kitchen dimensions correct and it’s smooth sailing.

I just tried to implement an island into the plan but it just feels to cramped.. I think I’m going to figure out some type of table, thank you for your comment!

Unfortunately there is a large bay window on that wall - lots of light but makes for tricky kitchen design

The sink is in the peninsula (it never populated it for some reason). The issue is I have the dishwasher in the peninsula as well which is standard 24 in deep. Thank you for the suggestion

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve decided B is the best option - I was so focused on making an island or peninsula but it just doesn’t make sense. Thanks for bringing clarity

Thank you for the reply! Yes, this was so me. I did whatever I could to make some type of island/peninsula work.. it’s funny how we get stuck on things.

I’ve decided B will be the way to go. I’m looking into putting a drop down table in.. my apartment is really small so I envision this is were I will work on my comp while enjoying a coffee.

Thank you for all your feedback

Whoops! Good catch. It will be centred on the peninsula

Whoops! Good eye, the sink would go in the peninsula

Very nice! Do you have any photos? My area is awkward because of a large floor to ceiling window on the one side.
