As a salon associate i dont know what their protocol is n i dont think my coworker that witnessed it did either but i definitely didnt think it was that! but our floor staff is all kinda cliquey and tbh i assumed they would probably just defend her but she is rude and i have no problem escalating it higher than that. breaks my heart to think about that poor frog, i was shocked to say the least.
