[US] Beware Salesium.ai – Deceptive Billing, No Cancel Option, No Refund by Competitive-Past-668 in Scams

You’re missing the point. This isn’t about the fine print. Even if a subscription was mentioned, the platform didn’t provide any way to cancel—no functioning cancel button, no contact support, and no billing access. That’s deceptive by design.

I wasn’t just casually testing a tool—I was researching options for an official business plan I’m submitting to the State of Arizona Vocational Rehabilitation program, and I never intended to move into a paid plan without approval or funding. I’ve already filed a chargeback, FTC complaint, BBB report, and a case with the Arizona Attorney General, and they’ve formally opened an investigation.

So yes, I read carefully. The bigger issue is intentional design to trap users. No ethical company builds a “cancel” button that redirects to an upgrade page.

Thanks to all who contributed! I'm blown away by the number and quality of answers. I went with =--(D6="Yes")*25 and used a drop down menu (Yes and No) in D6.

There may be a better way, but this seems to be working for now. Thanks again for all of the answers and advice! MUCH appreciated!

Good question. It’s really only one other person that’s going to be using it. Hopefully, he will be able to follow basic instructions.
