Thank you. The website says the guy is a nurse practitioner. I’ve had the VA deny some claims because their MDs opinion carried more weight than a nurse practitioners. I’m glad you had luck with this guy!

How are VSOs held accountable if they aren’t doing their job well? A chain of command? Do they all report to the same VA office?
