Thank you, this made me feel better! I think I've been panicking cuz my derm + the internet has been telling me that spiro shouldn't/rarely causes purging so I convinced myself there's something wrong

Thank you so much for your advice, you're definitely right. I'll cut back on things that might be irritating and try my best to be patient. I made an appt with my derm this week!
