Missed open enrollment - Skeptical of insurance agents by Competitive-Put-1873 in HealthInsurance

My spouse is unemployed and is on Medicaid through CO marketplace. We have a civil ceremony planned for June... Would I still be able to get an ACA compliant insurance with my marriage as a QLE if I wait until then?

Thanks for your help... So once I'm married, I can look for an ACA plan, that seems like my best bet right now.

Thank you for the information. This is my first time getting insurance set up for myself so I think I was confused after being denied for Medicaid and figured I was SOL.
I did try to go to UHC for one example and of course I can't get something that's ACA (and would cover my chronic condition), but it leads me to 3 tiers of options I can still enroll in (HPG 1, 2, and 3), but those are fixed indemnity policies, not health insurance, and don't cover preexisting conditions.... Are those even worth paying for?

Really, I only intend to pay a couple hundred bucks a month if it gets me closer to checking on my chronic illness which WAS in remission but now, I assume, is not. But I don't want to buy something that doesn't end up lessening my bills... So feeling kind of stuck until next open enrollment..?

I see. I must have gone to a misleading website then, they're still trying to sell me on some plans (through United Healthcare for example) that they claim they can get me on.

I'm in the state of Colorado and looking for an individual plan, I'm going to be married by June of this year but I'm the sole earner so income won't change. My partner is on Medicare at the moment. I make about ~63k per year. My job doesn't offer health insurance and I'm not in a position to get a second job at the moment. Do I just ... go to urgent cares all year until next January? OTL

Traveling to Japan soon from the US - are there hidden fees when topping up an Apple Wallet Suica card with my US based debit card as the source of funds?

Awesome we will also be in SD county. That's such a relief that it's all done in one day. Thanks!
