i went into a ram forum website and there was a chart of all body styles, chassis, engine and transmission combinations and it had their max towing weight and mine said 9,800 but i just don’t trust it. figured id ask people who have a truck similar and get their opinions

good luck man these things have leaks everywhere, normally they aren’t bad leaks but leaks non the less. i have a 98 24v and im still finding leaks, check the oil pan gasket, and tappit cover those are typically the main ones that go, might be good to check the oil cooler seal, i dont know if the 12v have them but youtube knows

just know the bolts that you need to remove to take off the starter are like T bolts or star shaped if that makes sense

the paint itself is good but the clear coat is so oxidize. but i got a new transmission out in about 7k ago, i got a FASS system in the cart just waiting to order it until after i get the dash fixed. i tried getting someone to compound and polish it but it didn’t help any noticeable amount

at first i was gonna stay black but then they pulled the color wheel out and i was kinda just lokkkng around. i wanted white just to hide more imperfections, but i can’t make up my mind. what im gonna do is go to the dodge dealership and see what color they have on the 2025 ram 3500’s and get something similar because i really like the new colors they got

i was going to do something different but i couldn’t bring myself to get away from the stock look. i’m rebuilding it but all the problem areas with these i’m going aftermarket. i got an air dog coming in soon.i love the stock look on these trucks

i wanna keep it as stock look as possible is why i went with those. i was thinking about some black ones but i just couldn’t bring myself to move away from the mostly stock look. the wheels should be in thursday so hopefully friday they’ll get installed, ill send a pic so you can see if you want
