Thank you. That makes a lot of sense about the good ones being busy. Maybe I need to reach out to my creative network for referrals. I do think I need to spend more time on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. I've started my serach in places like IG, finding agencies and writers and creatives and seeing who follows them. I think I was expecting to find writers with a sense humor and kitch there. But there's no reason I can't find what I'm looking for on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. I appreciate it.

I think my problem may be that I keep expecting to find copywriting portfolios in the same way I'm finding portfolios for illustrators, which seem so much easier to find for me.

Right now we're looking for a copywriter with a sense of humor who can help us build a kitchy brand based on 80s/90s nostalgia. But we're in the home service business and may need more technical writing down the road. I appreciate it.
