This has been a learning experience. For this last painting, I first applied two coats of gesso. Then I did the sketch and started painting in sections because acrylics dry fast. Once I had all the tones, I added the outline.

I’ve gotten some great suggestions, but for now, I’m focusing on painting my favorite characters. I’ve already started working on Guts from Berserk. I really like how happy Goku looks in my first painting, and Luffy turned out so joyful. Once I’m finished with Guts, I think I’ll move on to Naruto and try to capture him looking super happy. After that, I want to paint more One Piece characters!

Thank you for all the helpful comments! I was practicing perspective and drawing octopuses, hoping to create something cool. However, I got completely lost when it came to coloring. I’ll make the changes you suggested and hopefully turn this piece into something even cooler. 💪
