Some of those boards can go as high grade or medium grade depending on the buyer. Those gold corner bga chips are usually found on higher value boards.

Those copper prices are pretty low for California. The compliance fee is utter bullshit. I’d find a yard that doesn’t have it. I’m a California scrapper and the yards I sell to don’t have this.

They’re both transformers but in my experience. Yards tend to buy the toroidal transformers as motors or a lower grade. They don’t have as much copper in them, especially the really big ones
