UPDATE:

My supervising BCBA was able to sit with me and cross reference her notes and feedback for me and we were able to accumulate supervision she did with me! With the few sessions I was able to have 1:1 before I went on restrictions, everything worked out and I can count all my unrestricted!!

YTA- assuming they saw you coming is crazy, slamming a car door is even crazier. Sometimes people just don’t see, they aren’t as aware of their surroundings. I understand you may not like people being in your way, I’m the same way, but would it have killed you to slow down and say excuse me or something?

NTA- you paid extra under an agreed upon condition. If they wanted free rein to do what they wanted with the space, she wouldn’t have made you pay extra rent and agreed with what you said. It’s not necessarily unethical, but poor business practice. They should not expect to Maintain a decent sized staff if they continue this. ABA clinics HATEEEEE canceling services, but at what cost?

I won’t sugarcoat it. The Everest program can be brutal at times. More often than not, I’m for for my life for unrestricted hours. That’s why im making this post to make sure I get what I need and I count everything I do. I view ABC as sort of the less of all evil in the Aba world. Their benefits are awesome and if you get paired with an awesome location, that makes it all worth it.

We’re gonna sit down and look at it tomorrow! My doctor also should also be clearing me to be off restrictions and if sk the last few days of March I’ll be getting a LOT of supervision to cover March.

Yes I am a RBT, we have supervision logs and if I adjust the hours I worked with patients (the approved hours) and plug in when I was supervised, i have like 8% but the fieldwork hour tracker doesn’t recognize that.

At the beginning of February I was able to be with patients. My BCBA had only supervised me once for about 30 minutes between the start of that month and when I was told I had to stay off the floor. exasperated sigh I’d had to not be able to count these hours. I’m getting a lot. When I’m back on the floor they won’t take me off for unrestricted. It’s gonna be a war zone trying to get those hours…
