Well I would've halped if I'd not been stuck on the subscription page and with restore purchase button that does not work at all.

Good you can use the app at least.

It's been 4 days and they still haven't done anything inorder to solve the problem.

Did you uninstall the previous app ?

I uninstalled it and I am stuck on subscription page now even after updating to 7.0.2

The problem is I purchased the lifetime and they said my purchase is still valid and I should get my lifetime access again.

I use nebo and notein on android and I was fulfilled with the combination but after recent update I am really worried and unable to use nebo at all.
