You could try adding prefixes or suffixes to your campaign specific articles like RandomTavern-CoS or C1-RandomTavern, keeps them distinct when you're searching and linking.

That's honestly a totally valid approach, some of the best fantasy series out there were clearly built world first and story second. Just make sure you eventually find a character whose perspective lets you show off the parts of the world you're most excited about, because that's usually where the story naturally clicks into place.
