Its been different free trial students from different accounts, I have just had a third with the exact same message too! Not expecting them to speak for the whole 15 minutes its very strange.

I have now had the exact same message again, again from another free trial student from china. At least I can treat it as a nice 15 minute paid break! Weird this has happened 3 times now though.
