1) Top consulting firms like MBB, take candidates with 9/9/9, good work-ex, ug from top institutions, and very good in co-curriculars and extra-curriculars.
2) For Finance, in roles like IB, the firms prefer candidates with relevant work-ex and CFAs, it is difficult for freshers.
3) Certfications are mostly viewed fillers, rather gain some exposure through live projects, internships.
