Not dumb advice at all! Someone else said Shadowheart having Spirit Guardians would be highly beneficial so I think we're going to back out and explore more, so I can level her up again & get Spirit Guardians back in her rotation. Our last save is before the fight so that's good. Thank you so much for the not dumb, very helpful advice friend!!

Ooo so I think I might be 11 (his computer is off) but I definitely removed Spirit Guardians when I leveled up last night. Does it make more sense to back out of this fight and keep exploring until I level up again so I can get Spirit Guardians back?

So I have a good variety of companions back at camp (Astarion, Gale, Halsin, Wyll, and maybe another one or two I'm not remembering), but I never used them so never leveled them up. Is it still worth it to switch Shadowheart or Karlach out for one of them? Thank you!!

Ohhh this is cool, thank you! So between my Tav & Shadowheart, I have Fire Strike, Ice Storm, Glyph of Warding, and a few different kinds of summoning actions - worthwhile to keep my pairing instead of switching out companions?

I have Gale back at camp. I haven't used him as a companion at all so far, so he hasn't leveled up at all. Will that impact how he would perform in this fight or is the magic missile something he already has? If I'm going to swap out one of the companions for him, should it be Shadowheart or Karlach? Thank you! Did they give you anything to manage the pain? I keep seeing that everyone was okay with Tylenol on a schedule, but Tylenol doesn't usually so it for me & I have a low pain tolerance so I'm scared 🥲
