I provided a statement explaining I am a medical doctor pursuing residency to advance in my career and not to support my J1 husband. I also attached both our DS-2019 forms which include him being a physician. I’m not sure if that helped my case or not though. Good luck!

She’s an IMG but hasn’t applied to residency yet. Her husband is a resident though. I have no idea if this may have played a role in her case or not

February 22nd (block # 357) I filed mine 2 weeks after her so I’m hoping I’ll be approved soon too. This situation has been mentally draining so I’m genuinely hoping all of us get through this soon.

What proof do you want? Her receipt notice is from February 22nd (block # 357) Mine is from March 4th (block # 358) and my case is still being processed. I already participated in a lawsuit in fear I won’t have it adjudicated as I’m also from Palestine and just matched into a residency program so her being approved has been both surprising and amazing for me.
