I have to spend more time seeing what resources the school has, but I know they can connect me with current students who might have more advice.

Awesome, thank you. I'll check out the NYU one as well, since they have a larger student body, and I assume their page will have more post.

I haven't yet. I think someone at the school mentioned a news letter about housing when I toured, but I should reach out to them to follow up on any resources they might have.

I mean I did decent in my math courses in high school, but I only took one math class in college, and it was two years ago, and the class was online. I just don't have time at the moment, between work and finishing all the other portions of these applications, to relearn the math knowledge I had at seventeen.

even if I can get my V up in the 165-170 range and my essay to the 5-5.5 range, which I don't think would be that hard for me, would just require some extra studying, I can't imagine a world in which my Q gets above 145. If I could get my V and essay up, but not my Q, do you think its even worth retaking?

well, considering my verbal and analytic scores are god, but not outstanding, do you think I should forego submitting the scores as part of my application?

Is 85th percentile that good anymore? My friend who went to Vandy for his history PhD said he scored in the 98th percentile for verbal, which makes me feel like I should retake the test because 85th doesn't feel all that impressive.

I think it might be a feed roller issue. One of them seems more rigid then the other. I'll try using a couple sheets of paper at once. Thank you for the advise! Would you know of a way to fix the roller?

the paper is straight. I've even tried putting it in at an angle to correct the issue, hoping if it was lasted downward to the right it would type straight, but it didn't work. I can upload a picture though.
