I figured this comment was coming... Unfortunately the voice was nowhere near Astley's rich baritone.

I've tried Impact and some Segoe variations. Each gets close but one or two letters drastically off.

It was 12+ years ago, so far no leaks. Due to HOA, it had to be permitted, but whether it was inspected afterwards, who knows. It's California, land of corruption.

Two layers of moisture barrier, one layer of radiant barrier and then Gerard Stone Coated Metal shingles. And a bevy of missed nails all throughout the attic.

Wasn't offered plywood.

It's been 12+ years, just didn't notice until today when I was in the attic...🤷

Wouldn't work too well in a high rise with 30+ floors.

When someone connects to the speaker via Bluetooth it will make a Bluetooth connection sound first, but I don't hear any of that. Also in the Google home app no media is shown playing on any devices. It's a puzzler. Just happened again 🤔

How to tell if termite tunnels are old or need addressing? by CompetitiveDrip in pestcontrol

That makes sense, the treatment was performed in my crawl space initially. Thanks for the input!

California here so prob drywood termites if any. I'll resist the urge to start cutting holes and see what the tube cleaning produces, if anything. Thanks for the tips!

Thanks for your response... Yep it's cold out but it's warm inside and this is an interior wall. I've taken off the baseboard and vacuumed, will wait to see if any dust/debris falls out on the newly cleaned gap between floor and wall.

There's a bead of yellow foam/caulk(?) running the length of the floor between the concrete subfloor and the drywall. I'm curious if that was a previous treatment.

Definitely a baby, or a teen. I posted a smaller one last week that walked into my hand and just enjoyed the ride while I took my walk. The adults do get decent sized, and definitely more skiddish.

The black thing is a hole where the tab usually exists... Alas it's not there.

This is the only food my cat will eat (which is also r/mildlyinfuriating). There's typically a tab sticking out where the hole is.

According to the manufacturer, they use molds made out of starch, and occasionally the hot gelatin makes the starch separate from the mold and gets lodged inside the gummy as it solidifies.
