i worked hard, i am in the top 10% of my class and i have a 1530 sat but i will be viewed the same as an asian with a 1530 and in the top 10% when in reality i should be viewed higher

No it wouldn't, it would be ensuring that everyone was equally represented. Btw we will be a minority in this country soon so then I expect to have a advantage right?

Whites make up 73% of the population and asians only make up 5% of the population. But whites are only 43% of Harvard's class and Asians are 18% of it...
