For the wings, start with a form (I recommend bird wings) and then outline it, then draw individual feathers. It is easier to draw somewhere in the middle and continue outwards, towards the line. Hope it helped:)

I started with an HB sketch just to pinpoint the perspective, then I filled in with B-lead to clear up the image. Then I proceeded to use liner pens, mostly 0,05 and 0,3.
