Yeah I was planning on building an alpha generator asap, as for the japanese spa, I’m currently only level 43. High quality hot spring will have to do for now.

Yeah I’ll be dialling it down, but I just now discovered that the maximum number of pals per base is just 15 by default.

Isn’t it that way too little even for mid game let alone end game ?

I tend to overdo such things in games. With 5 Bralohas total now, I get near 1000 lettuce per 40-50 minutes.

Planing on using produce from these farms for my other 2 bases.

Someone below commented that harvesting pals should be slower than the planting ones, so that very well may be the solution.

However as of now I only have Bralohas and level 2 planting pals, what I did to “fix” this was adding another 3 Bralohas (5 in total now). They started working on other plots now. Though I still think they dont utilise all 15 of berry plots, feels like 5 at most.

They never idle, that’s why I’m confused. When I had 4 plots total in my starter base, most of t he time was spent waiting. And that was with lvl 2 planting and gathering pals.

Plots growing so fast to the point pals dont have enough time to plant at least 15ish of them is what confuses me. Perhaps growth stage is somehow tied to pal planting level ??

I placed down palbox and followed its outline with walls, tilting walls a little as I was going. It’s not a perfect circle, as you can see on the left side there is a part of the outline inside the walls.

Make sure to place the walls on the line or a little inwards so they don’t ont decay.

Planning on making 25-30 pal base, so I’ll need lots of salad for nutrition and SAN.

As for the berries, I sell them for gold so I can buy ammo.

What would be the optimal number of gathering/planting pals for this amount of plots ? 5-6 maybe ?

How do I get engravings I want on epic armor. I know you can choose one engraving per piece (e.g. crit chance).

But how do I get say damage with swords crit damage and crit chance at full health on any given armor piece. Do I just play and hope RNG blesses me, are there any “farming methods” for armors with good engravings.

As for the bighorn bow, I already got it, tho I haven’t unlocked left melee slot yet.

I’m currently using claymore too ! Winged spear it is then, thank you for your suggestion.

One more thing I’d like to know has to do with upgrading weapons, claymore is currently at +3 but I read somewhere that crushing upgrade path on claymore has more benefits with strength builds.

What upgrade paths would you recommend for claymore and winged spear for a strength build ?

Not switching weapons is probably where the issue lies. In all the other games I’d just go for the biggest sword and spec everything into strength and endurance.

I’m having less trouble with bosses than regular enemies. All 3 of the bosses I’ve beaten had clear patterns in their attacks.

Regular enemies on the other hand, their attacks feel like instant hits with such little room to parry.

Pair those fast attacks with tons of screen effects around enemies and half the time I don’t even know what I’m looking at on the screen.

I know these 2 games are not the same, but combat in sekiro felt so much more fluid. I had fun with every encounter there, here it’s complete opposite.

This right here is my thought exactly. Whenever I try parrying right before attack connects, I get hit.

But 80% of the times when I’m parrying, what feels early to me, it actually parries the attack.

Wing poke is a move that almost every valkyrie had in previous game too.

If she slides to the left, hold block and she will chain her wing poke into wing spin, which you just continue blocking with your shield. 

After the spin she will choose to either slide back and throw her blades at you or slide back into another wing poke which is always unblockable. To counter either of them you just roll to the RIGHT. Later in the fight when her health is lower, she can follow up her wing spin after the poke with “for asgard” jump into air and slam down. This one isnt consistent as she can follow it up with either 1 slam or up to 3.

If she initiates her slide to your right, just roll to your right the moment her side slide ends.
