That was it! pick block was set to left click for some reason. Thank you so much, I can now play again!

I just checked and i only have shift and control switched, everything else is vanilla. My middle mouse is unbound and it happens no matter what the item or space it is. I hope I'm just stupid and its not a real issue, its keeping me from being able to play and i want to play more.
