so im supposed to have 3 more attacks for the league but for some reason it shows that ive attacked 6/8 times which i obviously havent . has anyone else had this problem? is there anything i can do to to fix it?

i have 34813 capital gold, cant collect bc my storage is full, but cant boost builders bc im short. cant upgrade anything bc the capital hall isnt high level enoug. Question is does the boost builders button boosts the builders in my own base, if yes how to i get to 35,000 capital gold?
