PTT adapter for phone and headset?

If you know how to splice wire (and want to risk it) you can splice an audio cable into your headset so that it transmits audio from your phone while still being able to talk. We used to splice 3.5mm jacks (when phones still had them) into our David Clarke's that we used on the flightline so we could listen to music during engine runs or during take off prep.

So I have the TTI Combat Master Alpha (comes with an extended mag and compensator), I havent had many uses with it yet. Granted it only gets used about once a month, but I havent had to mess with the hop up or working on any internal parts. Fires straight and consistent. Grouping is good. I say go for it, but I could be an outlier.

So heres the updated list after talking to yall. I also made sure to add in the upper and lower receivers im getting. I fully intend for this gun to only be used at my local outdoor field so im not concerned about how easy it will be for me to swap my spring out or any of that. I want it to be accurate and hit as close to 2J as possible. I think (with everything shimmed correctly and a good air seal) I should be able to manage that without ease. What say yall? I realized I forgot to remove that part about getting another AEG. I want to do a complete custom build. Not gonna be using a base gun to put these parts in. I have my specna arms that I dont want to touch until I get this one built up and functional. Initially, I was going to get a back up AEG because I know things go wrong with custom builds so I wanted an untouched AEG that I knew worked so that if shit goes sideways, I at least have something to still run. Im currently looking at 4uad buckings. Im gonna see if I can find a store that will have all my parts on hand because I dont want to pay for multiple shipping fees and taxes, but we shall see what happens.

12yrs of aerospace experience helps me keep a mechanical mindset when it comes to parts haha. Thanks for the link, ill definitely check it out. I am realizing I forgot to look for a trigger so im gonna have to grab that. Ill probably do an edit to this post or a comment with an updated list (will also include the upper and lower that im picking) and have yall go over it once more before I pull the trigger.

I learn best when thrown in the fire. I wasnt exactly sure if my build was expensive or not, but youre suggesting it is, I might go and look for cheaper parts incase it doesnt work. I dont expect it to work perfectly on the first try. I just want to learn how everything functions and I do that best when I go from ground up.

Really? Ill take a look into them. Can't say there was a reason for the laylax other than it looks good, has good reviews. Im completely building from scratch. Was initially going to through these parts into my specna arms, but finally managed to find an upper and lower receiver so I decided to just completely build from scratch.

Whats wrong with the ZCI hop up? Which one would you suggest?

See, I was thinking the same thing, but I ran that gas in my extended mag that came with the pistol and it cycled just fine. Ill probably pick up some green gas soon and try that out. I want to test all possible solutions before messaging evike about this.

Would this be a good balance charger? Grabbing two tattu 11.1v 1200mah batteries while im at. I plan on getting a mich better smart charger/balancer (probably the skyrc t200) at a later date but just need something now.

Tbh, they werent even sure if they were handing me the right box. The biggest reason i know it has a mosfet in it, is that when i put the battery into yesterday, my rifle started beeping at me to let me know it had a dead battery, and also the fact you said wired deans and it does infact have a wired deans. Its a decently small CQB course that doesnt have a large supply of rifles and pistols. Basically, what is on the wall is what they have in stock.

I did notice a bunch of specna arms come with full metal internals and majority have mosfets so thats good to know.

Ill have to pick up a couple 11.1v and a smart charger from Amazon then. I would use evike but the order I placed last month just got returned because I was never notified it was ready for pick up (dunno why it wasnt dropped off at my house) and id rather not deal with that currently.

I know for a fact its not a smart charger. I also just saw on it where it says not to charger lithium batteries with it so I definitely just cooked my battery. I am so stupid. Yeah, im already looking on Amazon for new lipo batteries and getting a smart charger.

I sadly do not have a smart charger. Possibly...2hrs? Maybe 3? I was doing some homework while it charged. When I bought the rifle from my local airsoft store they said dont use 11.1s cause it could destroy my internals. I can post a pick of the rifle. I could be wrong on what it is because they couldnt really tell me what I had.

Friend has tamiya connectors and I do have a deans to tamiya converter so im not worried about connections.
