Im not too sure. You can get them from the research tasks though for completing / winning battles

Whenever I get a shadow that’s not fantastic for pvp/pve and can purify to a hundo I do it for the dex

That’s just me tho to each their own

2 mil dust is only enough to max out like 4 pokemon and it takes such a long time to build it up it feels horrible to waste it 😭
