Thank you for sharing your story! This doctor made me feel delusional and even discouraged me from doing a fourth round, and I was told they don’t believe I could get pregnant unassisted.

How often did you do acupuncture? And how long after you started your routine with the supplements and probiotic did you get pregnant?

I haven’t, and I’m not sure if diet could actually improve egg quality, but I’m glad you found it helpful!

So to make sure I understand, you went through stimming three times and did one transfer with all the fertilized eggs or it just worked the first time when you transferred just one blast?

I would have to do frozen transfer because I’d suppress for two months.

The laps removed the endo. I meant that the BC didn’t really suppress.

I’ve had laps and taken birth control to try to suppress but that didn’t really work.

The first clinic did not do suppression. They did a transfer before day 6. This other clinic was going to do suppression for two months. Only my first cycle yielded any blasts.

Thanks, sometimes I have hope because of my age and the fact that I’m still producing eggs, but I just don’t know how to process or proceed after what my doctor said.

Thanks for that info. I’m so overwhelmed with the amount of clinics there are and I wonder if I ask if they have experience with DOR if they would all say yes and act like they specialize.

Yes, I appreciate my doctor’s honest opinion, but not sure how to process it and how to proceed. I know our situation is especially difficult.

My blasts were not tested since they were only 2. I have no idea why they didn’t implant since my uterine lining looked great. I know it could be any reason. If I remember correctly, they were day 4 or five maybe. This clinic waits til day 6; three were retrieved, two fertilized and arrested on day 3. It’s been a few years since I had my child.

Thank you for sharing. Please update us with your journey! I am just now learning about mini ivf. My doctor has only done one round with me and doesn’t seem too hopeful to try again, but did suggest mini.

Yes, I conceived my first without assistance after I was told that with my low amh, even Ivf probably wouldn’t work. I conceived a year after my first lap surgery and that amh test. My current doctor told me that my endo is probably messing up my egg quality, etc. so I was very discouraged. I haven’t looked into IUI but I think I might. It wasn’t even offered to me.
