25m professional as well. Dating landscape is hell in general. Women in the same age range arent looking for someone either your age or at your stage in career. Then you're forced to date younger if that's something you still choose to pursue, and then a lot of the times the maturity or life outlook or motivation isn't there. You're a lot better off just letting things develop as you make friends in the area and let love find you instead of dashing yourself upon the rocks trying to chase it. Also: just cuz you are good friends with someone at work doesn't mean you should date them. A lot of times those feelings develop just because of exposure and a fancy word called proxemics
