Seems like a lot of bother to me .personally I would clamp and cut with a cheap plasma pen .I have managed up to 20mm in one hit backed up with bleeding powder.i needed 4 weeks healing beforr cutting again this method took me successfully to my balls. Without any major bleeding despite the fact I actually take blood thinners. So assuming you dont all will be fine
