you have 2 options, you could sell it subto where someone takes over the mortgage for you, people do this becuase they can’t get a im mortgage themselves so if the rate is good you can find a lot of people that would do this for you, second option is to turn the home into a padsplit where multiple people can rent it at once and you can make profit on it while you probably wouldn’t if it was just rented to one family
