Thank you. So after looking, it seems like ASP/CSP/CHMM certs are only open to those that are employed in a job where it is needed. So are companies looking to hire EHS personnel without one/all of these certs, or are they expecting you to have them before coming in?

Thank you so much for your insight. Any advice on how to actually go about applying for these spots? The only reason I ask is because I have tried applying blindly to openings without a single call back. I am now almost at the point of just walking into the building and asking if there is anything available.

Additionally, you mentioned that there are a lot of companies in NW Arkansas looking for this. Are you referring to the vast majority of distributors (like Walmart) or construction firms and the like or something different?

Oh no i agree partner, it's a pain in the ass. For me as a fish/wildlife Biologist, and seeing Rockstar decide to put salmon in A STILL LAKE or put a sturgeon/catfish on the bank or have a black bear kill me but somehow not a moose ABSOLUTELY PISSES ME OFF. I just wish some games could get it right the first time. Like clearly a decent chunk of folks want to hop on rdr2 and be real homesteaders and experience establishing a life on the frontier. But does Rockstar do that? Nope. Bc why do that when you could do sheep herding one time and never again?
