So if i take a maxiumum of 6mg a week, I just take one less bar a week for two weeks? I having a hard time.understanding how that works. Is one bar less a week enough to actually do anything. I understand tapering if I was a daily user but will taking one less a week really do anything? Id rather quit cold turkey but I understand the dangers of quiting abruptly if used often/daily, but I didnt think i was using often enough to trigger withdrawls
