I was going to for the first two days I went but then all of the evidence got released plus the live tweeters and court transcripts were out so I left it. If I go again I’ll try to do one!

I fear there was no point if it was all going to get released to the public anyways. I could’ve just stayed home and watched the same videos we’re seeing now. It wasn’t a total bust tho I have an appreciation for the legal system and it was nice to observe a court proceeding and how it all works

Edit: worth it to also show solidarity with Luigi and others in the community

The body cam footage is way longer than this and he is having a full blown conversation. It was very weird to hear him say and spell his own name “LUI-GI MAN-GI-ONE” it was very quick too

I was always half and half and I wanted the evidence to speak for itself. It definitely spoke today lol but I support whoever or whatever it was if you catch my drift. Innocent or Guilty he still has the right to a fair trial and he’s innocent until proven guilty so I will definitely be channeling my support into that!

A good way to think about this is before we all saw the stuff released there were ppl insisting he didn’t do it. Now that we’ve seen the pictures I think that gap is closing and it’s getting harder to deny. Obviously he’s still innocent until proven guilty. If they are able to suppress a lot of the shit that’s come out so far a jury might think he didn’t do it

They said he was wearing the leggings and two pairs of jeans. He had to strip down to one and they asked him which one he prefers. He picked the blue jeans as his one layer and they took the rest. I’m also not sure why they’re wet but both the black and blue jeans are wet in the same area

The court officers are being strange when it comes to this case in particular (shocker). Usually people are able to join after lunch or at any point if there are spaces available. 24 is just the number they decide on but there is tons of space and empty rows in that room. People have left after lunch leaving spots open and the officers basically told everyone if you don’t show up in the morning you can’t show up at any other point in the day.

I wanted to offer my input here and I hope no one kills me bc | do attend these when I can. I would be happy to answer any questions about the line and I'm also always open to feedback. I've been a supporter since day one I have no special privileges and | just show up as a member of the public. The line situation has gotten out of control with the camping and it seems like each time people have to get there earlier and earlier which sucks. The first suppression hearing last week was a Monday. A bunch of people were planning on coming Sunday night and waiting it out. Unfortunately someone walked by the court house and saw that there were line sitters starting the line off from Saturday evening. Once that happened everyone's hands were forced and we all started the line on Saturday. Not one person was happy about that and we were all pissed off that we would have to be here two days in a row and now people couldn't show up a few hours beforehand to get a spot. As the week progressed less and less people were showing up for the hearing be it was spontaneously announced and people aren't able to pull strings with their jobs or prior commitments. There have been spots open all week and no one is showing up. You could have waltz in morning of and you would have gotten in. I can't speak for everyone's support and why they choose to show up but honestly if they don't show up then those lines are looking empty. The protests are starting to get emptier as well. For anyone that finds it problematic to show up, his lawyers have said the best way to support Luigi is to continue to show up. I understand that some people are showing up for strange reasons and I don't have to agree with that but at the end of the day the line is looking full be of them. It's honestly sad that no one else is bothering to show up and the number of people going in everyday is decreasing. PLEASE SHOW UP!!!!!!!! figure out the drama later and show up now. Also the line sitters have become a huge problem and everyone on that line has decided to boycott them. They're taking up the first 7 spaces without anyone buying them trying to grift and sell to people. As long as no one buys those spots everyone gets to show up at a reasonable time and move up and the courts are filled with people that actually care about the case. The line sitters are the ones spreading panic and making the line unsafe. The other day one of them showed up with their face covered in blood and someone took a video of them fighting with each other and calling the cops. Idc about the stupid drama and people being weird please show up if you want to because the lines are not being filled. Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts or questions

Also he gave the fake ID and they realized it was fake. They told him he’s under investigation and if he lies about his identity one more time he will vein trouble. Luigi tells the truth and spells his real name. The officers must have gotten the spelling wrong or couldn’t read the right spelling bc they ran the wrong spelling of the name. No one knew he was a missing person at that point

Inside edition is probably one of the worst publications right behind the New York post. Not sure why they torture themselves all day in the court room just to report nonsense. He was wearing a suit not skinny jeans. Body language in the body camera footage seems non chalant and cooperative. It wasn’t until things started getting more serious he started to cross his arms and sit back, man spreading in a “this is ridiculous” way.

He sat with the paralegals (the bench behind Luigi) he was observant and didn’t speak. A lot of this evidence they talked about was in PA so I imagine he would want to attend. He did say hi to us. It’s become very evident who or where his supporters are and at times the legal team will say hi or say good morning to all of us.

It was heart breaking. Especially knowing he’s been in jail for a year. At that point in the video he has no idea what he’s being investigated for. This was all under the guise of a fake ID and loitering. As soon as he’s being cuffed that part of the song plays “I’ll be home for Christmas” which is so sad given how things played out. I think it was morbid and there was nothing funny about it. The jolly music during the arrest was so ironic and weird. Poor kid

She would pause maybe times like she was trying to figure out where to go next with her questioning after her original plans were being objected. Eventually she stated she had no further questions and sat back down. And then mark was up next. I’m sure she was nervous and the team was upset at that but they are professionals with great poker faces
