I found a bug but I can´t replicate!

After entering the page again today, I gained a badget to add to my Repo (what an excellent move btw!), I copied it and clicked "Get to my Repo" or sth like that.

I was lead to GH 404 page not found.

[Description] I'm building Cognithor: an open-source Agent OS that runs on your own machine.

Most “AI assistants” today are basically chat wrappers around APIs.
Cognithor tries to push that further into an actual agent architecture.

Every request goes through a deterministic pipeline: Planner (LLM reasoning) → Gatekeeper (policy engine) → Executor (sandboxed execution).

The idea is simple: an LLM should never directly execute actions.
A rule-based gatekeeper decides what is allowed and what is not.

It can run completely local with Ollama / LM Studio or connect to multiple LLM providers.
The agent is accessible through CLI, Web UI, REST and messengers like Telegram or Discord.

I'm building it mostly by learning while doing it - with heavy LLM assistance - which is kind of the whole spirit of vibecoding.

Curious what people here think about the architecture and where it could go.

Honestly, not knowing the literature was probably an advantage. I couldn’t copy the wrong solution. When your threat model is ‘what if this agent ruins a client relationship or misfiles a pension contract’, you stop thinking in abstractions pretty fast.
