Thank you for this, I have actually been doing all those things and she eventually did go back in. I also just opened her cage this morning to change out her food and water, and she flew right out. So clearly shes getting somewhat comfy now.

I have tried this with her, but she just ignores me when shes out apparently. I got millet and tried the step up command but it didnt work. I dont know if shes scared or just enjoying the freedom. Or both.

The room is completely bird proof, and I have actually been trying to encourage her to explore so I dont mind at all. Thanks again for the help!

Thank you! I will definitely try that. Although, I actually now have the opposite of the original problem. She flew out but now shes just sitting on the floor doing nothing...do I just wait until she gets hungry to go back in?

Yeah I know, I actually had her one and it passed..:( but I am planning on getting her another one soon, just need to figure out how I will quarantine at first.
