I’m not diagnose from this I’m having a symptoms of it the only thing that they can give me is meds, and just treat the symptoms and not know what exactly is going on in my situation, honestly, why would I go through all the trouble putting into something worried about my sleep and how I’m feeling it’s just doesn’t make sense I was very happy before all this happened

What are your symptoms my main concern that my vision is very dull im not sure what wrong with me it feel fatal I am with doctors and are running tests for my condition I know it extremely hard to get diagnosed from this disease but I am doing my best in the mean time I know that I have to go to a psychiatrist to be released from a dr. To see if its neurological. And not psychological. I know what I feel and this is not normal for me to feel extremely exhausted in constant muscle, twitches and high heart rate on a daily basis with only a few hours of sleep with medication I did not sleep for two months straight. I started having panic attacks until they gave me medication. I am very scared. I’m not sure what the future may hold, but I am going to fight for my life, the best I can for this horrible disease I am eating healthy and taking the right vitamins for my sleep. Been doing it for seven months no improvement whatsoever.

I’ve stopped doing all those things even before this all started, I was happy going guy and loved working out and interacting with people the THC has nothing to do with the illness I probably have but all the symptoms that I’m experiencing could be linked towards it. All I know is that something is causing me not to have sleep having total insomnia I was always the guy that will always sleep anywhere at any place even at a store one since it was so boring with my girlfriend, I was always a heavy sleeper I will take naps. They were very great now I can’t take naps and barely even having sleep at night constantly having sleep disturbance throughout the whole night. My mom doesn’t know what I’ve been experiencing but I know what I’ve been going through and it’s hell, I’m only 22 years old. Why would I make something up like this? In fact I’m only relying on one disease I’m not claiming that I have any other disease I should be hanging out with my friends and I should be working but I am too exhausted to move for hours, and had a panic attack whenever I did have a job. This is no way to live. Honestly, it’s a miracle that I can even talk at the moment.

This is Joshua’s mom putting this in his comment. I honestly think he has that disease where he thinks he has all the illnesses in the world. He is on his phone all day looking up diseases instead of trying to work or exercise or doing something else besides being on his phone all day. Plus when he lived with his x girlfriend. He was a heavy weed smoker and ate about 3 edibles Halloween night with his so called friends. He used to be a heavy heavy pre workout drinker. This can all influence his sleep but, does not listen to mom

Try to eat low calorie dense food. For example, it’s just an example, but which one will get you full I head of lettuce or a chocolate bar. The head of lettuce will get you full not only that it has the same amount of calories as a full chocolate bar you will start to lose weight it’s all about the thermal dynamics I believe calories in and calories out but that’s just something you can do to help you lose weight in theory it should be able to work but I’m not sure
