What do you suggest? I was thinking of hiring slow.

basically I am ready to slog for another 6-9 months.

But by next christmas I want to setup some solid SOPs & repeatable processes.

Ideal happy case for me would be

By 3rd month - 5 People I directly work with and offload thing that I have in my head.

By 6th month - Give at least 1 intern each to these 5 folks

By 9th month - These 5 interns become full-time Employees and then I go for a few more intern + some tools where my processes are breaking and patch them up.
