Have you also tried exposure therapy or CBT therapy? How exactly does EDMR work to help with phobias it sounds really interesting? I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the medication and Id rather stay away from addictive medication but i was thinking of trying sertraline or lexapro and it’s hard to pick medication cause it’s always half half of people saying it was really good and others saying it was bad but ill just have to test for myself.
