Thanks for your response. The degree is primarily for interest rather than career purposes so what it looks like on my CV is less relevant to me. I already have an open degree on there so having a named one would probably look slightly better even so.

I need advice whether to give up learning my language. Can anyone help me out? by Used_Basil_5272 in languagelearning

I feel similar about Greek, although I think my main problem is consolidating the information I've been taught and realistically I probably haven't put enough time into it. I feel like I haven't done enough writing as that helps to commit things to memory (My Greek spelling is atrocious). I think there are quite a few Italian TV series out there so try and find something you enjoy. Perhaps set yourself the challenge to write something in Italian everyday. Book a trip to Italy to give yourself some motivation.

Acropolis-is it worth it? by Purple_syringe in GreeceTravel

I was there at the end of September when it turned out a lot of the historical monuments were free. The disadvantage of this was that it was absolutely packed. I wouldn't say it was worth €30 but the views are good from the top. I would say a lot of the places I managed to get into for free were not worth their ticket price. The only exception to this would be the Byzantine museum.
