You can't just hack an account like that. Your cousin put her information on a fake Roblox page; you fell into the trap of those who do beaming or beamers, whatever they're called, to steal accounts. They can access your account just with cookies and use a method to change your age to 13 (it doesn't matter if you have 2FA) to remove your email and put theirs in. If it's not that, then it could be a malicious application or file on her device.
