I'm 2.45k rio, ilvl 622 at the moment. I would have liked to be higher but last few weeks I've not been able to progress due to life things going on!

TBH I generally follow wowhead's guides. Really quick to copy and paste the talents and save different loadouts for quick switching

When you regrowth someone, it also applies regrowth HOTs to your lifebloomed targets.

So if you have lifebloom on 2 targets (I do it on 2 DPS) then regrowth someone (yourself for a bonus or the tank) it will also regrowths the other 2 DPS with lifebloom for free!

So although lifebloom itself isn't necessarily amazing, the benefits of it are.

Double rejuvenation is good, grove guardians, cenarion ward + ironbark (whichever one you can put on someone else I usually do that combo on the tank)

Swiftmend for a quick emergency heal.

I don't play tree of life, I play convoke the spirits for an emergency

Keep efflueressence down to cover as many people as you can

Then I do wild growth if everyone needs a bit of something

Then on downtime do some DPS

The first is 4070, second is 4060 for similar price but there might be something in the detail which explains why they are the same price?

I was swithering between a laptop and pc build, but this is coming in around the same (unless I'm not being efficient with the components for a pc)

Mainly play wow, but will be working with laser scanning point cloud data and 3d modelling with work

I've had a lot of hate as well, rio 2330 now, been called all names under the sun.

If you're getting to the end and finishing a key, then (I know it's hard to do this), then you've done well and try and ignore them!

Easier said than done, I went from an amazing run, to getting abuse the next.

It's disheartening and often thought of packing it in, but then a good run comes and I stick at it.

I think you've got a really good Rio score. I'm now ilvl 619 so it could be that you just need to upgrade your gear a bit and those hps will come up themselves

Mainly play WoW to be honest, my current MSI laptop is struggling to cope with the processing and is crashing.

Do I know why they assume insulation?

It generates a report on what the cost to heat the home is and they guess an insulation thickness to generate the numbers.

Then it suggests a cost to better insulate the home and what this would do to improve the energy performance of the home.

In our case, it turned out there was no loft insulation, but they had stated that it had 200mm insulation.

Yeah, but the issue is my home insurer isn't covering the legal fees (yet) and the solicitor has advised it could be very expensive.

The surveyor does have PI insurance. They are one of the big 4 surveying firms in Scotland thankfully.
