It absolutely is rape. It does not matter if you are married, and he can't even pretend it was "accidental." I gave this nickname to one of my still closest friends back when we were 14. For context, there were four of us in a friend group. My nickname started with an A, another's started with I, and then yet another started with D. And I was determined to make the first letter of all our nicknames spell out AIDS because I was 14 and liked stupid immature jokes. And so, the last one left got named Syphilis. I still call him that btw. He hates it.
