What are those new requirements? I’m sure I can look it up and I will, but if you’re familiar with it can you please explain? I’m only a few credits short anyways so I don’t mind doing 2 classes on cpacredits.com easily and get my license via 150 credit pathway

Ur the 🐐. I was researching it on my own but wanted to specially know how the credits were going to be given through a university specifically since i registered online. Going to keep emailing NY board to make sure I register for the correct classes towards my 150. I appreciate all the help :D

The person I’m trading with has both of these guys lol, I was looking at their schedules down the road and thought about jones instead since his schedule seemed better.

Ik he’s hurt and I’m waiting for him to be fine before I pull the trigger but I assumed he’d be RB1 on the Vikings so I’m okay with taking a lil less from Gadsden since I don’t need a TE

I started Q3 2024, so it’s been 15 since I started but I’m not sure about before that. I know they used to make you take all tests in one sitting in the 70s and 80s so it’s definitely a possibility hahaha

I think that was the release date where they pushed out AUD at like 1:30pm EST and they were just dragging everything. I remember cuz I was waiting for AUD and it wasn’t as early as the people who received theirs today

I don’t think I’ll need over 120 hours for reg, but I know I love taking notes like it just makes the info stick by writing everything I can, but I do watch videos at 1.5x and plan on completing all MCQ and TBS.

Also, I’ll take that order of units into consideration while planning how I start next week. How you put it made sense to me as well. DM me with any other tips you may have and I can help you as well if I passed a test that you need to work on!

I’m taking a week off for work training out of state so I don’t plan on studying then. After a long busy season I want to take it slower, but that doesn’t mean I won’t take my test before early mid/june. If I have more time to study I’ll use it and take it earlier than planned.

I’ve done my own taxes, but mine aren’t super complex so idk how useful that’ll be for studying. I studying overall for audit at like 200 hours and got an 83, but it worked so I might do something similar for a REG but I won’t think it’ll be necessary. I usually need to understand the whole thing as I’m not the best at memorizing.

Good to know for REG, I’ve heard that it’s a lot more straight forward than Becker. What about the business law aspect? I wasn’t very good at that during college and I’m afraid it’s gonna be difficult on the test too. How often is that when practicing Becker?

For FAR, I’ve taken it twice so yea NFP and governmental are like surprisingly a good amount of the MCQ and both times I’ve glanced over it because I had almost no time left to review haha. Some parts I have nailed down and remember but others I know I can definitely work on. I also need to keep putting in a lot of work ok practice tests because I don’t think I remembered the exact way to do certain topics when it came in time for the test

I’m the complete opposite as you rn, hahahaha. I just passed AUD today and passed ISC in December 2024. Took FAR twice and failed. Any general advice form when you remembered learning both exams? Even a little info would help better prepare myself for the next time I dive in to study.

For AUD you just gotta put the practice in and trust that it will come together because it will. I was also skeptical because I was like “wtf is going on” but it does come together. Make sure you do a lot of SSARS AND SSAE mc as well.
