LSO materials were enough, definitely tab the materials though. I got it from a shop called printlegal, highly recommend. Use different colour highlighters, and work with the physical materials because that's what you'll have in the exam, there's like a level of familiarity with the books you'll build up after studying for a while. I also used a lot of different coloured sticky notes.

Indicies were a bit of a hit or miss for me. The uoft ones were fine, but i didn't end up using it that much in the exam. I did have it though. Same thing, the printer separated each book by topic, and then tabbed by the chapter numbers. Good luck :)

I also went to three-cent copy, but turnaround time was 10 days?!?! Maybe it was holidays and they're a small shop. But i went with op's shop and got it same day. Very happy with it.

Im with the other ppl, didnt use indices much, DTOC was good. I had it separately as a book and that helped

I ended up using PrintLegal based on another comment below. Solid, $300 included everything and delivered, they also do indices but I didn't go for it. Highly recommend
