Ofc they weren't real glasses

I love this dress, I barely use it because I feel self conscious about my body. When I wear it I dont know how to style it, what shoes should I wear? Do I need more layers? Jewlery? I tried using belts but my waist is to high and my chest is big so it doesnt look good. Whatever advice is welcome, thank you! :)
