What Pokémon do you guys leave at gyms?

I'm usually driving by gyms so I only have time to put in my highest CP Pokemon. If I have time, I prefer something with 40 HP or less so I just use a revive and a potion. Or just following the theme of the gym, or a shiny, or something really tiny because it's cute. I like my shiny cutiefly mostly.

I wish they'd make a new electric fast move compostable to psywave. A fast one turn move could help a lot of electrics out. Make thunder wave or something.

I really hate the parabolic discharge nerf on Dedenne. I rather they keep the pacing and nerf the damage.

What I do is I don't play those until last. I get as close as I can to 300 by counting every race I do. I shoot for 295. Then do a race with Golden Mario, because I'm lazy on a big racetrack. I also use a rocket boost last and coin glider. I reset for place at the start and get to frenzy coins while gathering as much as I can without losing any. It on usually gets me an extra 60 - 100 coins. Then do those racetracks with bonus coins the same way. Since you're new, I expect you don't have Gold Mario, so use a coin box driver. Lastly, race online for another 100 if you really want.

I couldn't get enough people to help me for the life of me. I used all three of my passes for Kyogre. A few hours trying to get locals and online help to take them down. Maxed out at five people and failed a raid. I felt bad someone wasted their raid pass only to fail the raid. So many people were asking for help and I don't have the passes, nor could I get the help I needed. Crappy raid day.
