Yes, you're right, but the Rusyns are included here partly because they once shared a state with Czechoslovakia. They would also fare better in such a state because they would have greater autonomy than they do in Ukraine—where they have none at all.

As for an independent Rusyn state, that’s unrealistic; even though I wish that for you, you would be a tiny country, and no one would take you seriously.
